planned activity.<\/p>\n<p>This coverage is <strong>essential<\/strong> and its justification is contractual.<\/p>\n<p><em>Private and\/or professional civil liability is essential because it allows you to be covered in the event of damage caused to a third party.<br \/>\nIt covers property damage and bodily injury.<br \/>\nIt also covers pure financial losses resulting from material damage and bodily injury caused.<br \/>\nIt is valid worldwide.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Suitable coverage is a <strong>PROFESSIONAL Civil Liability insurance<\/strong> : established in the name of a company, association or individual, it takes into account the risks related to the type of activity deployed, in particular when the company employs or mandates staff for its activities.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not have this type of coverage, it is possible to take out one for a DETERMINED DURATION.
